China Kingho Group Awarded the Carbon-value Ecological Practice Award on World Economic and Environmental Conference

China Kingho Beijing News (Wang Yuan) Recently, China Kingho Group was awarded theCarbon-value Ecological Practice Award on World Economic and Environmental Conference (WEC) “2014 Low-Carbon Reform: Opportunities and Challenges” Round-Table Meeting and the Fourth International Carbon-Value Award Ceremony. International Carbon-Value Award referred to ICA award, which is an international award with the evaluation criterion based on three dimensions (low-carbon strategy, application practice and social value) and three longitude (basic elements, innovation advantage and sustainable power), aiming to build multi-dimensional, three-dimensional assessment system, and carry out comprehensive evaluation for the candidates which have conducted the practice and improvement around the “the action of carbon restructuring, efficiency of carbon development, and value of carbon society”.
China Kingho Group has won unanimous recognition of this Committee with “high-carbon economy and low-carbon operation” as a breakthrough, building “Green Kingho” as the focus, “safe development, green development and friendly environment” as the development goals, and was awarded the Carbon-value Ecological Practice Award.
“Building World-class Clean Energy Company” is the purpose and the relentless pursuit of sustainable development of China Kingho Group. This conference was held in Beijing China World Hotel. Thirty government officials, experts and scholars, embassies, green low-carbon leading entrepreneurs from different fields, including Wang Jirong, Deputy Director of Environmental and Resources Protection Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress, Li Junru, former Vice President of Party School of the CPC, Niu Wenyuan, Counselor of the State Council and chief scientist on sustainable development of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Che Shujian, Chairman of the Architectural Society of China, Ma Shengrong, former Vice President of Xinhua News Agency, Ren Yuling, famous economist, Bheki W.J. Langa, ambassador of South Africa in China, Yu Guobo, Deputy General Manager of China National Materials Group Corp., Ltd., Chen Fuquan, Vice President of Yili Group, Zhang Yu, Vice President of BOE Technology Group, Xue Lin, Vice Chairman of Tongfang Environment Co., Ltd., Ye Weiquan, Deputy General Manager of Wuliangye Yibin Co., Ltd., attended the conference. Li Chuanrui, Director of Chairman Office of China Kingho Group, and Tutu Mamba Yi'er, Deputy General Manager of Planning and Development Division of China Kingho Group were invited to participate in the meeting.
It is reported that, in addition to China Kingho Group, there were over 20 enterprises also winning other categories of awards of International Carbon-Value Award, including Inner Mongolia Yili Group,Lenovo Group Ltd., Wuliangye Yibin Co., Ltd., Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China and GOME Electrical Appliances Holding Ltd.
“2014 Low-Carbon Reform: Opportunities and Challenges” Round-Table Meeting presented that: the key force for global green low-carbon development is the enterprise leaders. Through the election of this International Carbon-Value Award, the winning enterprise leaders are actively engaged in green low-carbon action, preparing green and low-carbon development strategies, and implementing low carbon management. The conference called for the Governments, the United Nations and international organizations, news media and social institutions to attach importance to and support the main actions of enterprises, and work together to enhance the core strength of low-carbon development and green growth, and promote global green low-carbon development.
